EOC Operations (G775)

(16 hours)

This course focuses on the fundamentals what an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is and its function.  Content covered in this course includes:

  • Purpose of an EOC

  • EOC Operations

  • EOC Structure and Design

  • Functions of the EOC

  • EOC Interface with Departmental Operations Center (DOCs)

  • EOC Interface with Field Incident Command Posts (ICPs)

 

This course includes a table-top/functional exercise focusing on EOC operations, coordination, and communications.

Incident Command System (Field ICS) and EOC Interface (G191)

(8 hours)

This course focuses on the fundamentals what an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) is and its function.  Content covered in this course includes:

  • Purpose of an EOC

  • EOC Operations

  • EOC Structure and Design

  • Functions of the EOC

  • EOC Interface with Departmental Operations Center (DOCs)

This course focuses on the process and development of an Emergency Operations Center (EOC) Action Plan.  Content covered in this course includes:

  • Purpose of an EOC Action Plan

  • EOC Action Plan Development Process

  • Planning “P” Format

  • Forms used in EOC Action Plans

  • Distribution of the EOC Action Plan

  • EOC Action Planning Meeting

 

This course includes a table-top focusing on the EOC Action Planning Meeting.

This course focuses on the EOC Management Section and the Positions within the Section.  Content covered in this course includes:
